The mediums are not restricted. You can paint for all 6 rounds if you want!
You can make a song (that would be awesome! certainly impresses queen snow ;] )
or you can make like, foodart, i dk.

nope! sponsors are there only when the tributes need them :) so you can either ask the tributes if they need help or the tributes can message the sponsors for help.
